DJ Brandon Dix Will Presenting On Urban Media and Black Radio Tomorrow

I am super excited about this partnership with the Omen Agency, Renee Gardner and Fort Knox.

From Renee

This week, the #HipHopTownHall hosted by Renee Gardner and Fort Knox invites you to The Omen Agency (299 Peters St.) from 7-9pm for this month's controversial topic: URBAN RADIO & BLACK MEDIA IN DANGER???

With the evolution of digital media and the increasing acceptance of Hip-hop music and "Urban" entertainment in the mainstream, it's important to evaluate and discuss the future of our media platforms. We've seen the demise of quite a few magazines, music outlets who have lost their voice in exchange for popularity and the perception of our community being dictated by people outside of our culture. How do we plan on taking back our power? Is Urban Radio really on it's way out? Will the current Black Media be able to thrive in the new landscape or is it time for something new?

To help present this topic, K100 RadioWhyCauseICan.comPreciseEarz.comUFE TV AccessMoney Team MagATL Hollywood KidDJ Brandon Dix and more of our wonderful media supporters have joined on board to lead the conversation and to be a knowledgeable presence on such a heavy topic. Directly following, Translee will be hosting the #OmenCypher from 9p-1am.

We would love for you to join us for an awesome night of hip-hop. From the #HipHopTownHall to the #OmenCypher, we are hoping to strengthen the camaraderie between the influencers and supporters in our community.
